Chuck Palahniuk's Book Readings Are Like Rock Concerts

Most people know Chuck Palahniuk because of Fight Club, the novel that was adapted into a movie starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton. On October 20, my sister and I attended Chuck Palahniuk’s Beautiful You book launch and got to hear some of his short stories. Meeting Joe Hill at Seattle Public Library

I was in good company — my wonderful friend, Frank is a major fiction and comic book fan, and he met me as the venue filled up. The event was held at the Microsoft Auditorium at the Central branch.
